How we hire
We have one filter: you must want to work on cases that change the year, alongside people who do. Our partners read every application personally. Most advocate and counsel hires come through pipeline conversations rather than open postings — if you don't see a role for you below but you're a strong fit, write to us anyway.
Open positions
- Senior Associate — Disputes: 5–8 years' UAE litigation and arbitration experience. DIFC and onshore courts. English + Arabic.
- Associate — Real Estate: 3–5 years' UAE real-estate or property finance practice. RDC and JOPOA experience preferred.
- Counsel — Private Client / Wealth Structuring: Cross-border succession planning, trusts, foundations. ADGM or DIFC entity experience.
- Paralegal — Disputes Support: Bilingual (Arabic/English). Court filing, document review, e-bundling for arbitrations.
- Marketing Lead — Insights & Knowledge: Editorial mind, legal background or strong technical writer. Owns the UAE Legal Library and the firm's external publishing.
What we offer
- Real client exposure from week one — you sit in client meetings, not behind them.
- Trilingual environment — Arabic, English, and Russian work alongside one another every day.
- Compensation at the top quartile of UAE national-firm benchmarks, with formal bonus tied to client outcomes (not billable hours).
- Bar progression — structured support for UAE bar exams and continuing legal education.
- International secondments — opportunities with our correspondent firms in London, Singapore, and the Gulf.
Spontaneous applications
If your profile doesn't match an open role but the firm sounds like a fit, send a CV and a one-page note explaining the kind of work you want to do — not just what you've done — to careers@almaazmilawyers.com. We respond to every application within ten working days.
Internships
We run a structured summer programme for UAE law-school students entering their final year. Applications open every January for the following summer. Recent interns have come from UAEU, Sharjah, Zayed, and overseas (UCL, NYU Abu Dhabi).
Equal opportunity. Noura Lawyers recruits on merit. We particularly welcome applications from Emirati women and from advocates returning to practice.
